Improving the existing skillset of VET educators, specialized in immigrants’ labor market integration, through the organization of workshops and multiplier events in partner countries
WHO ARE WE?
We are a transnational consortium, covering as many EU partner countries as possible, while incorporating different training provision cultures. Our Project is funded Erasmus+ and we share a long experience in research, project implementation, adult education and knowledge transfer.
The ACTION training program targets the VET teachers/trainers and staff towards the promotion of employability of immigrants and promotes the application of a coherent multilevel learning experience.
Institute for Roma and Minority strives for a society where the targeted young people enjoy equal access to opportunities regardless of their ethnicity, have a voice in their community and society, whose needs are tackled by the institutions that have a direct impact in their daily lives. Our vision is based on universal standards and practices of the civil society.
