We are a transnational consortium, covering as many EU partner countries as possible, while incorporating different training provision cultures. Our Project is funded Erasmus+ and we share a long experience in research, project implementation, adult education and knowledge transfer.

INSTITUT FUR ROMA UND MINDERHEITEN EV

Institute for Roma and Minority strives for a society where the targeted young people enjoy equal access to opportunities regardless of their ethnicity, have a voice in their community and society, whose needs are tackled by the institutions that have a direct impact in their daily lives. Our vision is based on universal standards and practices of the civil society. The mission is to empower minority and Roma people for the challenges they face supporting them with various formal and non formal activities that enable them to become active citizens influencing policies that are on their interest. We operate through the follow objectives:

  1. Roma and minority people have increased education and training performance
  2. Roma and minority people are active citizens in the field of Roma and minority policies contributing for well being of Roma and minority community and society
  3.  Decreased level of unemployed Roma and minority people
  4. Roma and minority people are providing/organizing volunteer service at local community and in the European countries

ARSIS KOINONIKI ORGANOSI YPOSTIRIXIS NEON

ARSIS works primarily with children and young adults living in conditions that inhibit personal development and prevent access to public goods and social involvement opportunities. As such, ARSIS mostly works with socially excluded and marginalized communities. ARSIS creates social spaces, initiatives and opportunities for young people who are threatened by social exclusion, and aims to accommodate, support and empower them, thereby fostering their capacity for equal social participation. ARSIS’s mission is to contribute to the development of a progressive, democratic educational model for social work, which is enriched by applied programs that take into account the socio-political context of contemporary Greek Society. The programs, activities and political interventions that ARSIS launches are designed to have a multidisciplinary approach and to promote individual empowerment and collaboration. ARSIS’s educational activities deliberate both personal and social educational potential and emphasize the importance in learning to assert and practice one’s rights. ARSIS upholds a democratic-participatory organizational model that adheres to the communal values of social solidarity and equality in all its actions. The staff and volunteers of the organization are called to be cooperative, communicative, respectful, conscious of and responsive to the socio/political issues that ARSIS deals with. Finally, ARSIS deliberately studies the detrimental effects that poverty, unemployment, and the lack of legal/institutional protection of human rights, have on the lives of young people and socially vulnerable groups, so as to organize methods, tools and actions by which social integration and access to equitable employment, political rights and social welfare become feasible.

Being founded in 1994, and operating since 2019 as a GbR, the company gathers over 30 years of expertise in transnational projects having participated in the design and implementation of a total project value that exceeds the budget of 4 billion Euros, operating in a multicultural environment. Having managed more than 162 projects during the last 3 decades, key partners of BK-con offer an extensive project management experience that has recently been PMP certified. Within this context BK-con has designed a standardized outcome and result-driven project management methodology that accompanies each project from the design phase to the implementation and the end of Project’s cycle with robust management structure, continuous monitoring activities and a delivery control mechanism.BK-con provides a wide bouquet of services, facilitating educational providers through the design and delivery of competence-based training curricula, with the intention to provide added value for organizations and partners at local, regional, national and transnational level, creating added value for our societies, in a sustainable manner. BK-con is creating added value facilitating both bottom up and bottom down approaches for the design and implementation of social inclusion policies, including the support of EU member States during the migrant crisis, the design and delivery of social integration through education and the delivery of short term training courses.

PRISM - PROMOZIONE INTERNAZIONALE SICILIA

PRISM provides an innovative and creative laboratory where individuals and stakeholders can be brought together, exchange ideas and cooperate to develop projects and integrated approaches that combine social, economic, cultural and environmental interventions. Since 2013 PRISM has hosted over 750 young people and adults from both EU and World countries, providing international non-formal learning experiences including youth exchanges, trainings, seminars, job shadowing, study visits and exchange of good practices. In the frame of the Interreg Med programme, PRISM has been involved in the TOURISMED project aimed at testing and transferring a fishing tourism business model in the coastal territories of Italy, Cyprus, Greece, Albania, France and Spain. PRISM is also active in projects on the transfer of digital competencies to adult (Medlit45+ and IAware), in social business (Sustain your life through social entrepreneurship + YouthCoops), business creation and development through the use of non formal methodologies (The sound of business + 2REVIVE) and language learning (HI-Globe + POMELO).

ZEWELEPE CONSULTANTS LIMITED

ZEWELEPE was established on 24 January 2018 and it is a highly innovative consulting SME in Cyprus that provides holistic consulting, training and ICT development services to both private and public organisations. It brings together a multidisciplinary team of highly specialized researchers from the fields of engineering, communication technologies, education and social and political sciences with a long experience in project management and implementation of national, EU-funded and international projects.Zewelepe delivers high-quality research, training, educational, consulting and ICT services to local, national, European and international levels, adapting a human-centered approach and aiming at the promotion of sustainable development and growth. AKMI S.A

The Institute of Vocational Training AKMI was founded back in 1989 and today it is one of the leading Vocational Training Institutes in Greece providing post-secondary education, with more than 37.500 m2 of infrastructure in various cities in Greece, including one of the most highly profiled Campuses in the Country. Every year, approx. 15,000+ active students are enrolled with the aim to study one of the 107 specialties offered in 5 cities across Greece:

  • Athens,
  • Piraeus,
  • Thessaloniki,
  • Crete,
  • Larissa

The abovementioned cities consists of the 80% of the total population in Greece and AKMI S.A. represents almost 60% of total Private VET sector in Greece. It is the most appropriate partner to take on the designing of the study material, the training and the examination of the supervisors. Excellency has been proven for AKMI S.A. multiple times with International and National Awards, including:

  • Golden Award of Facility Design and Laboratory excellence
  • Golden Award for providing access to the labor market services in the 2017 Education Business Awards!

CENTAR ZA STRUCNO OBRAZOVANIE I OBUKA

The Vocational Education and Training Center is a public institution for vocational education and training in the Republic of North Macedonia. The VET Centre is a recent institution, established in 2007 by a decision form the Government. Major part of the employees have reach experience and enthusiasm for work and a desire for professional development. There are 21 persons employed in the Centre,, one director, one deputy director, 15 advisors, one legal advisor, one lector, one translator, one IT engineer, one archival, accountant and secretary. The advisors cover different areas of labor: geological, mine and mine craftsmanship, building-geodetic, graphic, economy-legal and commercial, electro technique, medicine, agricultural-veterinary, personal services, fabrics-fur, catering and tourism, chemic-technique, and woodcraft. The Center joins together and integrates the public interests and the interests of the social partners in the vocational education and training in Macedonia.
