Training Programme

Training Programme for trainers, teachers and administrative staff

The development of the ACTION OER is set to ensure the upskilling pathways of VET teachers and staff, towards the promotion of employability of immigrants. More specifically the modules of the OER will be grouped in two major categories, namely:

a) theoretical

b) Practical / case studies, including:

  • Face-to-Face training

  • Online Individual Learning.

The course will contain sufficient interactivity (learner-to-content, learner-to-teacher) to encourage active engagement and will provide learners with regular feedback through self assessment activities, tests.
