We are going to identify all relevant stakeholders, at EU and national level, associated to the provision of VET training programmes, with material and resources that can be used for the understanding and analysis of its features are going to be identified and contacted.

Design and delivery of Open Educational Resources Training Programme

The purpose O is the design of the OER on the features of the new VET training programme and the respective development of training material for VET teachers/trainers/staff, aiming at ensuring an enhanced access of VET learners with migrant background into the labor market.For the purposes of our project objectives and the maximization of its results, our ACTION project promotes the application of a coherent multilevel learning experience, consisting of a MOOC (open learning) and f2f learning structure

Guidance to Immigrant learners

We are going to provide support to VET learners with migrant background for the enhancement of their skillset, facilitating beyond the usenecessary skills, needed for the labor market, an exchange of their suggestions towards the improvement of VET training programmes

Delivery of Peer learning on training programme VET teachers, trainers and administrative staff

To transfer the OER to the VET institutions of our partnership we are using peer mentoring and knowledge transfer, will allow us the upskilling of Teachers/Trainers and Staff of the VET providers in the full use of the VET training programme, which aims to intergrate immigrants into the European labor market.

  1. Roma and minority people have increased education and training performance
  2. Roma and minority people are active citizens in the field of Roma and minority policies contributing for well being of Roma and minority community and society
  3.  Decreased level of unemployed Roma and minority people
  4. Roma and minority people are providing/organizing volunteer service at local community and in the European countries
