The development of the ACTION OER is set to ensure the upskilling pathways of VET teachers and staff, towards the promotion of employability of immigrants. More specifically the modules of the OER will be grouped in two major categories, namely:
a) theoretical
b) Practical / case studies, including:
The course will contain sufficient interactivity (learner-to-content, learner-to-teacher) to encourage active engagement and will provide learners with regular feedback through self assessment activities, tests. Online tutors set by the VET providers per country, will monitor, assist and facilitate the learning process.
